What to do - In the event of an Expected Death
 If the death is expected, and occurs at home, you will need to contact the family doctor (or Shropdoc if out of hours). Once a doctor or medical practitioner has attended, please contact us and we will be able to provide guidance and support and will, when you are ready, remove the deceased to our Chapel of Rest.
If the death occurs in a hospice, nursing or residential home, the staff will contact the doctor and the person named as next of kin.
The doctor will normally issue A Medical Certificate Of Cause Of Death and a formal notice which informs you of how and where to register.
